Action 5.1 Definition of the environmental impact and quantification of the non-collected waste cooking oil (WCO); Means: A description of the environmental, technical and economic damage produced by WCO lost in sewage and soil and an analysis on the production, usage and collection of cooking oil on both domestic and commercial areas in Italy.

Action 5.2 Italian and European legal framework Means: A description of Italian and European legal framework, how the collection chain is managed and organized and a description of Italian and international case studies and best practices.

Action 5.3 Individuation of critical features in the actual WCO managing system Means: A description of constraints and critical aspects of the actual WCO managing system containing SWOT and GAP analysis results
